INJURIES & PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

Please let your teacher know before class about any physical or medical conditions concerns, as well as if adjustments/touching is in your Practice. You know your body and are solely responsible to honor your limits and safety.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

Children ages 7-12 are very welcomed and encouraged to join classes, with the exception of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Children must be in the direct company of a parent or guardian at all times and must be able to handle a 75 minute yoga class without disruption. Parents/guardians are highly encouraged to bring their own attention-keeping activities for their children, such as reading materials or coloring books. Student waivers must be completed prior to class.

YOGA IS NEW TO ME. WOULD I FIT IN?

You don't have to touch your toes or wear matching outfits to practice yoga! We are a safe environment that largely caters to students new to yoga. Your yoga mat is your experimental laboratory to breathe and play. Our classes are open to all levels of experience so you may come to class feeling safe and curious, and leave class feeling successful and inspired.

TOUCH

Teachers rarely touch, yet will ask permission before offering physical adjustments to deepen the student-experience of a pose. Kindly let your teacher know if this is not acceptable to you.

WHICH CLASS SHOULD I ATTEND?

Under 'classes', please click on the class name for the description, and the teacher name to understand their unique style. Strengthening Slow Flow is recommended for beginners, being more alignment-based and time is held in each pose for better inner exploration.
