DO I NEED TO SIGN UP ONLINE?

Yes, pre-registration is required for all of our Group Reformer Classes. In order to save your spot in class please register online under Classes.  If you are having trouble signing up online send an email to info@bloominglifeyoga.com. Registration closes 30 min. prior to class start.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PILATES MAT AND PILATES EQUIPMENT?

Mat classes provide a fluid, full body workout using your own body weight as resistance, and with extra emphasis on abdominal and back strength. We have Core Pilates as a separate offering included with our Yoga pricing Packages/Memberships. 

Pilates Equipment classes allow one to exercise in all planes of motion, and with variable resistance providing great adaptability for individual needs, from beginners to advanced.

I AM NEW TO PILATES; HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

All New Students are required to take a MINIMUM of 2 Private Pilates Sessions before attending Group Reformer Classes. This is important for your education and safety. This allows our instructors to work with you one-on-one, provide you with a thorough assessment, and at the same time, familiarize you with the equipment, terminology and concepts of Pilates. Sticky socks are recommended (sold in the studio).

WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM?

Minimum of 2 Private Pilates Sessions required as a safe initial starting place and for assessment.
